Once again, the Bridge of Central MA is looking for artists and crafts people to sell their wares at our annual BridgeFest in Worcester MA.
Arts & Crafts Fair, Raffle, Entertainment & Food
5K RunWalk & Family Festival
Saturday, September 22, 2012 ~ Beaver Brook Park, Worcester - 10am - 2pm
GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR ARTISTS
Application:
• We will send you confirmation that your application was received via e-mail within one week of receipt. Please pay your fee in full at the time of application.
• All arts / crafts for sale should be sold by the artist/or designee. More than one artist may share a table as long as all artists submit individual applications and are in attendance at some point during the day.
• Sorry, all items must be original and, due to copyright issues, cannot be licensed or trademarked to anyone other than the artist (for example, NFL logos, Disney characters, etc.)
• The BridgeFest reserves the right to return any applications if the art/craft is deemed inappropriate. Please keep in mind that the BridgeFest is a community-based, child and family friendly event.
Set up:
• Space will be assigned in the morning at the time of check-in. All artists will be assigned to a 10?x10? area. All artists must check-in by 9:45am.
• Please bring your own tables, chairs, display materials and/or tent as these will not be provided.
• Tents are not required, but are welcome. If you bring a tent, it must be weighted as the park prohibits the use of tent stakes. Please use weights of 20lbs. or more per tent leg. All tents and materials should fit within your designated 10x10 area.
• Sorry, electricity is not available
• Limited volunteers will be available to assist artists in carrying their wares to their spaces on the day of the event. Please plan to be at your space for the duration of the fair, however, volunteers will also be available to provide short food/bathroom breaks.
